Compiling and maintaining the Master Program Schedule for the project. Reviewing of the various contractors programe (Civil / Building / Mechanical & Piping / Electrical MV & LV / IT & Specialist systems) and identifying key interface points and compliance with the agreed milestone completions as set out in the main contract. Reviewing of contractor’s claims / variations that have a impact on a interface or completion date and forecasting the impact of these claims / variations on the other contractors.
