  • Creating Master Programmes (Pre-commencement, Design & Drawing Production, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning & Handover) - Using Asta Powerproject
  • Creating Short Term Programmes
  • Fortnightly Progress Reporting
  • Regular Delay Analysis Reports
