Principal Consultant and Capability Manager - BMT

Responsible for the development and delivery of BMT Hi-Q Sigma's Capability Management Strategy and Plan, continuing to ensure that the company has the staff and process needed to meet it's customers needs.

  • Manage annual function planning and budgeting process.
  • Monitor delivery of capability team plans against agreed budget and targets.

In addition, deliver of client focussed tasks for both Government and Industry clients.
