Responsibilities encompassed construction planning, preparation & updates of contract programmes, cost schedules and assisting the site staff with the programming & resourcing of works. Duties involved progress & procurement tracking and the preparation of progress reports, cost reports & procurement schedules for internal purposes and submissions to the Project Management. Duties involved delay analysis, preparation of acceleration/recovery programmes and extension of time claim.
