Verify planning documents, such as, execution, logistic, schedulle plans of the Contractors before the start of the execution phase.

Monitoring and Controlling the execution of the activities according the approved schedule.

Give feedback to Contractors based on the comments of the Client's Supervisors, and the lessons learned of previous projects.
