Project involved planning and construction of 690km new network build over a 3 year period in the boroughs of Doncaster, Sheffield, Rotherham and Barnsley.

Capture customer information through liaison with customer, and interrogation of existing records and bills

Cleanse customer information to meet agreed minimum standard required for order processing and completion

Populate internal systems and documents with required information to facilitate seamless transfer of service
