Product Specialist, KCOM Group PLC, (various projects)
Support sales, customers and all internal teams in relation to all aspects of WLR – training, provision, costs and after sales care
Capture customer information through liaison with customer, and interrogation of existing records and bills
Cleanse customer information to meet agreed minimum standard required for order processing and completion
Populate internal systems and documents with required information to facilitate seamless transfer of service
Provide first line support to customers and internal departments in relation to data capture, both on the telephone and in person
Act as an interface between the customer and internal units in relation to captured data
Act as an interface between KCOM and Other Licensed Operators in relation to captured data
Sole liaison for whole company in respect to this position and product
Integral member for large and small projects
Assisted in companys decision to upgrade from WLR2 offering to WLR3 offering. This involved software testing, training and product documentation rollout.
