1 Freezing the job list after challanging  the job scope

2 Finalisation of scope of work for contact.

3 Providing assistance in finalisation of contract.

4 Review  with contractor for shut down planning and execution plan.

5 finalisation of shutdown schedule.

6 Execution of shutdown plan and review during shutdown

7 Post shutdown review and recommendation
