  • Managing Burial bookings for the seven operational cemeteries in Bromley.
  • Issuing permits for memorials on graves and checking they are legal and compliant and are signed by legal grave owner.
  • Entry of all financial payments into the cashbook and balancing with Bromley Accounts department each month.
  • Answering and assisting the public, funeral directors and stonemasons with any queries they may have for the cemeteries department.
  • Weekly visit to the various cemeteries that have burials for the following week to sign off against the map and mark
