  • Established project controls processes, standards, training materials, standardised templates, project documentation and a variety of reports for the Caribbean via Central PMO based in Jamaica;
  • Led a team of planning and reporting specialists to effectively and efficiently provide audit, forecast, analysis, reporting and control of the project activities, milestones, resources, requirements and financials;
  • Key liaison with the client, acting as the data nucleus for all other departments and interfacing with the CEO.
