Relocated to Bermuda with Sir Robert McAlpine to be the Site Planner working as part of a specialist team put together to construct a new healthcare facility in Bermuda.

King Edward VII Memorial Hospital (KEMH) Hospital Wing, Hamilton, Bermuda

Worked as the site planner constructing the new $250 million, King Edward VII Memorial Hospital. This is a five-storey concrete building with additional basement, plantrooms, water tank and associated civil engineering works. Duties included producing and managing all construction schedules, detailed and lookahead schedules, preparing impacted schedules, maintaining progress/as-built records, track design and procurement, photographic records and produce progressed schedules using Asta Powerproject software. Other duties included producing monthly reports and did quarterly progress presentations to the Bermuda Hospital Board and their consultants. An important factor working on this hospital meant all staff had to attend specialised health and safety training.
