- Developed WBS, Activity breakdowns and work Lists and prepared logic driven Detailed Work Schedules for Construction Projects. - Manages the planning and scheduling parts of assigned projects as part of the overall program. - Integrates project budget and schedule to support EVM analysis and reporting. - Participates in claims analysis and negotiations. - Prepares schedule performance measurements reports, forecasts and studies. - Develops and implements project control procedures in conjunction with supporting project ancillary functions. - Prepares project plans and detailed manpower utilization plans. - Develops plans and recommendations for mitigation of impacts of schedule problems. - Assists in preparation of the monthly progress report. - Provides project management consultation on factors affecting the timely completion of projects. - Analyzes drawings, specifications and statements of work in the preparation of activity networks for project resource planning and scheduling. - Establishes and monitor project controls KPI's. - Ensures project policies and procedures are implemented accordingly. - Develop Action and Recovery plans to support project delivery on time. - Created Interface / Master schedule by putting together all CPM network using Primavera critical path logic network fully resourced along with progress curves and manpower / Equipment histograms. - Utilizes Primavera P6 & MS Project to manage and plan work activities / tasks and tracking of the project. - Well versed with Progress Monitoring requirements, Quantity Measurements, Tracking, Reports, Graphics, Progress analysis and controlling. Ability to motivate and handle various Discipline Engineers (CME&I) using the close co-ordination and negotiation skills for the Success and timely Completion of fast track projects. - Analyzed Schedule Slippages and Developed Recovery Schedules and Contingency Plans. Ability to handle (Monitor & control) all site work from execution phase to handover phase. Managed all technical & commercial aspects of complex engineering projects for Project Management Office (PMO). - Demonstrated the ability to direct and Lead a team of technical professionals to meet with complex project goals.
