Ability to motivate and handle various Discipline Engineers (CME&I) using the close co-ordination and negotiation skills for the Success and timely Completion of fast track projects. - Analyzed Schedule Slippages and Developed Recovery Schedules and Contingency Plans. Ability to handle (Monitor & control) all site work from execution phase to handover phase. Managed all technical & commercial aspects of complex engineering projects for Project Management Office (PMO). - Demonstrated the ability to direct and Lead a team of technical professionals to meet with complex project goals.
