Provide oversight, assurance, and validation of EPC, Construction and Commissioning contractor’s execution schedules, percent complete, installed quantities, rules of credit, critical path, and forecasts to ensure integrity of Site Project Controls reporting for BP’s ~$1.5billion Khazzan CPF gas plant (1bcf/day) development in the Sultanate of Oman.  Review performance metrics & analysis daily with BP Construction and Commissioning Management to ensure BP team is well informed to drive a performance management culture with contractors.  Analyse critical and sub-critical paths to ensure priority work fronts are addressed and continuously look for opportunity work which can be liquidated and de-risk the project schedule.  Coordinate Mechanical Completion planning at the sub-system level in order to improve efficiency of Construction handover to the Commissioning team and Commissioning handover to Operations.  Provide input to BP independent sub-system MC forecast, supporting weekly analysis that gives Commissioning potential emerging opportunity work fronts.   Provide input to BP independent sub-system Commissioning Complete forecast, supporting weekly analysis for System Handover to Operations and Start-Up teams.  Build and progress detailed commissioning plans and schedules from Commissioning Test Procedures with input from Commission Leads and Commissioning Engineers to allow introduction of buy back gas hydro, first gas introduction and train 1 start-up, first gas export and train 2 start-up.
