Worked at KAUST Perimeter Fence Project and Saudi Arabia National Guard Housing Project: Scope of work consist of preparation of detailed schedule in each structure and work discipline and update in a weekly and monthly basis. Prepares Weekly Progress Report as directed by the Client. Conduct regular site visit, pictorials and videos to know the actual activities and accomplishment at site. Coordinate with the Construction and Project Managers with the current status of the on-going project. Prepare monthly progress billing based on the actual accomplishments and approved RFIs. Respond for any kind of correspondents and issues that was raise with regards to construction delays, claims, or time extension that will benefit the company’s interest.
