Project Interface Manager, Oman Oil Company E&P (OOCEP)

Responsible for the overall management of technical and non-technical interfaces for the Musandam Gas Plant Project (MGP).  MGP is a 1 blnUS$ oil and gas processing plant that will process well fluids from the existing Bukha offshore fields.

Position Dimensions:

●     1blnUS$ (Gross) budget

●     Interfaces: various Ministries (MOG, MECA, ROP, MOTC, MOI, MRMWR, PAEW, MSD, MOH, Musandam Governor office, local, Walis’s office, sheikhs and local people, Hyundai Eng., RAECO, OPWP, various contractors & subcontractors etc.)

Key Accountabilities:

●     Acts on behalf of the PM in managing the project during engineering phase & represents him in various committees

●     Overall management of all project related interfaces

●     Overall management of project related risks & decisions process

●     Set up Crude Oil Export Terminal for Musandam

●     Management of the CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) projects

Accomplishments

●     Established varies interface plans & risk management system

●     Smooth start-up of project execution & mobilisations

●     Secured most of 3rd parties contracts

●     Obtained MOG approval to develop in-house power generation
