Oversee the engineering and construction businesses from a planning, scheduling and risk perspective • develop planning and scheduling strategies and action plans relevant to governance, capabilities and operational excellence from project origination, through delivery and execution across major and integrated projects • identify potential schedule risks and opportunities through audits, project reviews, reports, and assist in the development and implementation of recovery strategies • lead/coaching role in the enhancement of both technical and commercial capabilities of the planning & scheduling professionals.
