  • Interface planning between Sub-Projects in the P6 database in conjunction with the Railway engineers, ensure quality and up to date weekly/monthly planning reports are produced for specific E&P contracts for both internal and external. Development and management of continuous improvement within the Planning department. Feedback to ensure timely completion by formulating an action plan to keep the project on schedule and Liaise with senior project managers in driving projects within the program to validate timelines, resources, and costs needed to successfully complete projects in the program
  • Production and communication of planning deliverables for assigned projects
  • Responsible for the identification of trends from project progress reporting where actual progress deviates from planned progress by ‘drilling down’ to the more detailed schedule with the other planning engineers and highlighting ‘problem areas/critical path activities’ to the Facilities Project Engineer and Project Services Manager
  • Responsible for the overall program scope, milestone dates, and budgetary expense; and the identification of the business drivers for the program
  • Responsible for the overall Project Management Schedule including Stage gate approval processes throughout all phases of the delivery system, Operations Management, Completions & handover, Start-up management, ‘over-arching’ HSE and Integrity activities, Permits and Consents
  • Liaise with senior project managers in driving projects within the programme to validate timelines, resources, and costs needed to successfully complete projects in the programme.
