VolkerFitzptrick – Project Planner

·         Preparing work breakdown structures (WBS), activities, activities codes, resources loading programme as required.

·         Maintain weekly progress reviews and updates, with the appropriate projects stakeholders to ensure robust tracking of key activities and milestones.

·         Preparing work breakdown structure and plan in accordance with the requirements of the Client / Business requirements and as advised by Project Manager.

·         Working with the project teams to ensure planning and schedules were effectively managed through the various phases of the project.

·         Attending weekly meetings regarding status of schedule as well as progress tracking to make sure that project continue to stay on pace for completion.

·         Providing planning support, general scheduling and planning assistance to senior planner and project members to ensure that the planning and scheduling of work on projects and activities are effectively planned, resourced loaded.

·         Evaluating problem areas and highlight areas of concern.

·         Produce high level logic diagram with next development to next level down (more detail) can help and assist to deliver more effectively and better communicate WSA programme to all parties.

Developed  a PowerPoint presentation slide  to communicate the programme to the relevant stakeholders

 

·         Participating in defining work package breakdown and identifying scope of works to develop logistics strategy and planning.

·         Analyzing critical analysis of sequencing and sequencing methodologies.

·         Liaising with project teams to monitor progress and highlight deviations from schedule.

·         Preparing weekly progress reports from gathering information from the construction teams

·         Developing, maintaining and progressing quality project plans / schedules in line with the functional processes and project requirements.

·         Monitor contractor’s planning processes so that they comply with Network Rail procedure requirements.

Ensuring that all programmes are updated and reviewed in line with the Project manager and ensuring that all reports , actual work are captured on the programme and report to the senior project manager
