·          Responsible for increasing the company client’s network across the private and public sectors through registration of the company in their system and facilitating the opportunity to bid for new projects

·          Establishing and developing a new division in Real Estate utilising expertise in the residential sector and creating robust industry missions and aims

·          Devising and delivering an effective prototype model for projects and implementing successful marketing and advertising strategies for the projects in order to raise profile and generate revenue 

·          Forming, leading and managing a BIM team within the technical department responsible for producing models for undertaken and bidding projects to improve coordination, cut costs and enhance visualisation

Key Achievements:

·          Issued all permit requirements from the Municipal resulting in the resolution of all omitted valuable assets worth 12,150 million SR

·          Became the first company member to complete PMP certification and consequently the opportunity to deliver effective project management coaching and training to the technical team resulting in improved project results, reduced waste in the field and less scope creep

·          Successfully established a project management unit (PMU) to manage project documentation via a collaborative document system, Aconex, over a 3-year contract worth US $243k

·          Maintained an accurate and up to date knowledge of project documentation with minimal loss of any valuable documents or duplications of RFP’s

·          Devised, developing and launched company business analysis in the VRIO concept (Value, Rareness, Imitability and Organisation) with particular emphasis on identifying company threats and opportunities. Due to its success, this report was requested from the Deputy CEO for the Contractors Committee at the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce
