I am a key member of the project delivery team providing quality service to support the effective delivery of the project/scheme as stipulated in the project management plan.

Liaising with Commercial staff, Procurement staff, Scheme Project Managers and Project Managers to update specific project details, changes and possible delays to ensure I have the correct information and comments for Monthly Business Review meeting (MBR).

Work closely with commercial teams to insure that cost aligns to activity task lines before Interface.

I constantly interact with project management team in view to improve process within work package.

Preparation of project Work Breakdown Structure/Product Breakdown Structure (WBS/PSB) schedule that is capable of delivery of project objectives and providing effective project performance measurement and reporting to the team.

Provide 4 - 16 weeks look-ahead of Key Milestones, Critical Activities, Cost/Financial Forecast to both Projects managers and Commercial managers.

Creation of and updating of regular reports collating the information from P6, Business Plan and OP giving attention to detail, fixing errors then distributing reports to Project teams for their monthly updates. I am also responsible for rerunning these reports at appropriate intervals to allow the project manager and commercial manager review their portfolio. 

 

I produced and management Level 1 Integrated Schedule Plan for senior management reporting.

Work closely with Performance & Reporting Analyst team to ensure that information provided to senior management at MBR meeting is accurate and concise.

Monthly report of actual performance and variance against plan and forecast outcomes. 

Highlight key milestone and critical path issues to members of the team, provide an assessment of the impact of such issues and recommend solutions to correct the position.

Monitoring of audit contractors plan to ensure it complies with Network Rail procedure and requirements.
