Scope of Works

-Develop & prepare Master Implementation Program for proposed development projects using Primavera / Microsoft Project  planning software.

-Provide technical and functional support with regards to planning and scheduling works.

-Develop & prepare resources schedule and histogram regards to planning and scheduling works.

-Prepare & publish project control and implementation proposal for tendering purposes.
