§Project Controls Lead reporting to the PMO Project Manager responsible for leading, developing, and implementing the EVM and physical progress measurement function; and, implementing a cost trending/forecasting system and centralised reporting capability across the LNG Portfolio.

§Provided governance/performed assurance reviews of monthly EV/progress measurement and cost trending/forecasting processes and data across all projects in the LNG Portfolio.

§Delivered (in collaboration with the LNG PMO Cost Control Manager) a unified cost trending & forecasting process and system for the LNG Portfolio.

§Delivered (in collaboration with the LNG PMO Cost Control and Planning Managers) a unified WBS/CBS hierarchy/coding for the LNG Portfolio; inclusive of the requirements for: portfolio/ project/package management, estimate/cost/schedule integration, finance and reporting.

§Established and led a team of 7 implementing and administering PRISM g2 (20+ projects/90 end users) as the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) for physical progress measurement, trending and forecasting across the LNG Portfolio; and, a centralised reporting capability. 

§Delivered a unit cost model deriving quarterly lag/lead performance metrics for the Phase 1 and Sustain scopes.  Providing a tool for tracking and analysing value improvement initiatives e.g. changes to execution/design, comparisons of geographies/regions and use of new technologies.

§Participated in, and delivered all cost data models for, recurring cost and schedule Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) workshops with Controls/Project Management across the Phase 1 Project.

§Delivered monthly EV, physical progress, forecast and trend reporting to Project Shareholders, APLNG and Origin Boards, LNG Business CEO, Project Directorate and Project Management.

Executed a program of EVMS and site based installed quantities audits on major contractors across the Phase 1 Project (Inc. Leighton, Laing O’Rourke, McConnell Dowell, NACAP, Monodelphous, Kordia, East Coast Pipelines and OE CSG Drilling & Completions).
