ü  Preparation of Baseline Program

ü  Preparation of Recovery Program

ü  Preparation of Construction Program

ü  Preparation and Tracking of Engineering and Procurement and Production Plan for the Project

ü  Prepare KPI’s, histograms, S-curves and other analyses

ü  Progress Monitoring, Updating, Analysis  and Computing Variances

ü  Preparation of Extension of Time (EOT)

ü  Preparation of Budget and Cash flow for the projects,

ü  Preparation of Reports and Projections (Cost, Manpower, Progress of Work, Major Billing Areas, Major Equipment Installation, etc.)
