Responsible for the implementation of a Cost Processor within BEP Project and provide ongoing management of the system. This involves design and configuration of the system, managing key integration links, developing business processes and procedures.

·         Created the design documentation, for example business requirements gathering, initial design documents, Integration mapping, process flow diagrams, Solution Design Document.

·         Key knowledge resources for the Project Control department regarding PRISMG2 for current issues and future development.

·         Managed the day to day running of PRISMG2 from data maintenance to system configuration changes and amendments.

·         Controlled key tasks during Period End from upload and reconciliation of data, Actuals Commitments & Progress information from Primavera and SAP.

·         Create PRISMG2 User Training and provide ongoing support. This requires creating and maintaining a support model

·         Manage and test the maintenance, patches, upgrades and overall health of PRISMG2. Coordinates system changes, system reboots, or updates to be done afterhours.
