I ensure all projects, procedures and processes are running efficiently, on time, on budget and the projects are moving towards achieving their defined objectives.  As project manager, I manage projects throughout their life cycle. As Quality Representative, I have developed and maintain the organisation’s Quality Management System in compliance to requirements of ISO-9001-2008.

A brief description of my responsibilities and achievements are:

·         Create project plans, implement, track progress of projects, and manage resources

·         Create project management templates to be used by project leaders

·         Develop project reports, update schedules, track progress, log issues and risks

·         Perform administrative project tasks

·         Developed Quality Management System Compliant with the Requirement of ISO 9001-2008

·         Audit internal processes and continuously improve to be in compliant of ISO Requirements

·         Developed, documented, and tracked internal procedures and processes for QMS

·         Ensure all processes and procedures are up to date and efficient

·         Create accurate monthly reports for varied projects stakeholders.

·         Organize recruitment and placement of required project staff, and delegate tasks

·         Participate in development of the organisation strategic plans.
