The Project Controls Manager is the primary leader for schedule development, resource management and performance analysis within the company. This person leads the generation, validation, and maintenance of all construction schedules for all divisions and projects within RK; provides resource management, schedule process/procedure development and interface within all supporting systems. Responsibilities include: Develops, maintains, and supports the evolution of the corporate scheduling strategy. Supports configuration of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Integrated Project Team (IPT) assignment during development. Ensures schedule will meet Responsibility Assignment Matrix (RAM) requirements for control account summary and detail planning of activities. Maintains control accounts and task activities to develop Short Interval Plans (SIP) and workforce requirements for resource loading and baseline management. Develops and maintains companywide Master Schedule for all Work In Progress (WIP) and Sales Forecast. Maintains and modifies baseline through Baseline Change Review (BCR) process. Maintains schedule Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics to analyze schedule quality, produce metrics and resolve problems. Assigns project schedules to team members and manages results to maintain schedule KPI metrics.
