Myrole and responsibilities in Projects:

1.      Supervising the functions and responsibilities oftechnicalsupervisors.

2.      Involved with the project manager to establish a program implementation schedule which shows Cascade implementation steps.

3.      On-sitesupervisionofall acts oftheimplementationoftheprojectin accordance withthedrawingsandtechnical specifications.

4.      Theintroductionofwhatare necessary amendments to thecontract drawingsorspecificationstoconductbusinesswith access tothepriorwrittenapprovalofthedesign engineerand the employer.

5.      Review the schedule as planned and the accompanying documents, and give instructions to the contractor for the purpose of updating the project schedule periodically and review this update.

6.      Cadastral locate works that it considered necessary to enable the start of the implementation of the business.

7.      Attend weekly meetings on the project site in the presence of workers, and to coordinate between the different businesses and to overcome any difficulties encountered in implementation and to push the work site.

8.     Attend all thenecessarymaterials for the projecttestswhen conducting.
