David is a chartered quantity surveyor with twenty years’ experience in the rail, construction and energy industries, having worked both in professional practice and industry. During this time he has developed a broad range of pre and post contract commercial management experience in diverse projects in national and international markets. His experience of complex commercial issues in these markets incorporates post contract commercial management including contract disputes with clients, contractors and suppliers, providing him with a detailed understanding of contracting strategy, contract formation and management through to dispute resolution and final account settlement.
