Project Experience

 

Project-Lower Fars Heavy Oil Development Project(Petrofac):- Greenfield and brownfield facilities which includes engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning (EPC), start-up and operations and maintenance work for the main central processing facility (CPF) and associated infrastructure as well as the production support complex; [Client: KOC; PMC: Worley Parsons; Contractor: Petrofac International Limited]

 

 Responsibilities:

 

ü  Prepared system wise turn around schedules for construction, shutdown plans & micro schedules.

ü  Prepare 3Week and 2Month Look ahead Plan & Schedules, Progress S-Curves.

ü  Periodically update and Control Schedule & Cost through Primavera P6 & Microsoft Project.

ü  Prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly Status Reports and customized planning reports (MIS) as required.

ü  Identified Manpower and equipment requirements and created mobilization plans and histograms.

ü  Allocate & monitor Resources in coordination with execution team for efficient utilization.

ü  Prepare 6 month forecast plan for manpower and equipment’s as per current status of project.

ü  Monitor Scope of Work Bill of Quantities. Issue Cost Estimates & Change Order request on any additional scope on contract.

ü  Prepare and submit project Cash Inflow – Outflow statements & S-Curves.

ü  Progress monitoring of the Job in Primavera & generating comparison of Planned Vs Actual Progress.
