Experience of EPC / EPCM engineering projects, including managing multi-discipline design activities with International EPC contractors. Hands on experience in Project Planning. Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of overall project schedules to ensure optimization of resources and control of all associated project work. Ensure effective co-ordination within the planning team and to its external interfaces. Monitors engineering schedules to ensure the engineering deliverables are scheduled to meet construction requirements. Provides weekly reports of engineering and procurement progress, informs management on areas of concern and advises remedial actions and alternatives to maintain the schedule. Monitors contractor, vendors and sub-contractors schedules to ensure the project has a realistic and achievable construction schedule.
