Leader of the Division with a primary role for development and implementing project cost control systems to manage, control and forecast projects costs as well as to provide to Municipal Engineering Manager the status/progress of all the projects .Duties included:

Elaborated the consolidated Cost Breakdown structure (CBS) according to the relevant procedure; issued the Project Cost Control Procedure and Cost Coding Manual of all projects according to standards and contract specifications; supported the Project during the contract changes/claims process providing the cost impact analysis.

Designed the consolidated Cost Breakdown structure to monitor procurement and accounting activities; directed, coordinated and evaluated the inspectors work; ensured the Cost Control System worked effectively and cost status was soundly assessed and reported.  

Instructed inspectors on cost and scheduling control concepts and techniques, including assessment of sophisticated critical paths, resource loaded scheduling, and earned-value analysis; promoted best practices and continuous improvement into the Engineering Division
