Project Management of in-house projects, supervise maintenance planning/scheduling and reliability initiatives, oversee the monitoring/estimation of materials and spares consumptions. My group support all maintenance activities, prepare maintenance, engineering & construction packages. Development and administration of Maximo CMMS program covering schedule, equipment database, materials/spares, preventive maintenance and contracts. Estimation and consolidation of Maintenance, Planning and Engineering CAPEX and OPEX budgets, Economic Analysis, Cost Monitoring and Forecasting, progress and productivity reporting for MANCOM. Hire, train/discipline and develop employees. Spearhead ISO9002 to final accreditation (11M success story). Supervise a group of planners and administration support personnel (8 direct reports).
