December, 2014 I am currently working with Mercury International Electro-Mechanical LLC as an Asst. Quantity Surveyor. Please see below a brief outline of my career to date. I have two years’ experience mainly working on Mechanical projects within the Construction industry. My duties including; Checking subcontractor invoices and certifying payments, , Produce monthly cost & value reports, quarterly reports & cash flow information, Attending meetings and liaising with Clients on commercial matters, Quantity take-off, Preparation of Stock list though Invoice and GRN, Preparation Manpower Histograms, Estimation of man hours and Preparation of productivity Report, BOQ Preparation.
I have gained Knowledge as how to manage and control costs within construction projects while working with Sub-contractor's Site management. Excellent working knowledge of commercial procedures. Progress billing, verification & reconciliation of interim payment certificates, variation review & cash flow analysis and follow-up for timely payments and Certifying sub-contractor’s bill. Material Management & Inventory Cost Control with help of SAP.
I also have a good working knowledge of SAP, Primavera, Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Auto CAD.
