Santos GLNG (a joint venture of Santos, Petronas, Total, & Kogas) hired Bechtel to design & build a liquefied natural gas complex on Curtis Island, off the shore of Queensland, just north of the city of Gladstone. GLNG is one of the three huge plants to produce LNG for use by Australians & for customers in China, Korea, Japan, & Malaysia.

Contributions to GLNG Project

• My role as Planner/ Scheduler started from Construction phase & rolled over to Commissioning & Startup, thereby covering the entire Life Cycle of GLNG Plant Project.
• Support CSU Team with Plan of Day, Weekly Reports, Monthly reports, Skyline & Subject Schedules.
• Engage with CSU Team to prepare & update Level 4 & 5 Commissioning schedules.
• Detailed Commissioning schedules including analytical review of Critical paths.
• Project planning & scheduling using Primavera P6, maintaining Look-ahead schedules.
• Support transition from Construction to Pre-commissioning & Commissioning & also transition to Operations handover.
• Support Construction OSBL with Work Front Planning, three weeks look-ahead, Weekly Reports, Monthly reports, & Subject Schedules.
• Engage with Construction OSBL Team on Level 4 & 5 Construction schedules.
• Detailed Construction schedules, analytical review of Critical paths, resources & bulk commodities.
