I'm a member of the Construction Solutions practice (FTI Consulting Forensic & Litigation Consulting segment) in Toronto, Canada. I have approximately 20 years of experience in the construction industry, which includes 9 years specializing in contract management and dispute resolution.

My experience embraces various types of construction projects, including subway station, HVDC, power plant, pipeline, fiber optic network, data center, baggage handling system, residential, mixed-used development, school, hotel and retail. I have worked in various countries including Canada, Germany, the UK, Gibraltar and France. I am proficient in French (native language) and English, and fluent in Spanish. My roles have evolved between project management, scheduling, delay analysis, and contract and claim management.

I have worked on international arbitrations, assisting the appointed delay experts in the review and analysis of project documentation and in the preparation of the expert report, I have also provided support to parties in ongoing dispute negotiations related to delay issues.

My delay analysis experience includes using different methods such as as-planned vs as-built, impacted as-planned, time slice windows; reviewing and analyzing substantial amount of information; forensic investigation of causes of delay; drafting of expert report; and claim evaluation and rebuttal.
