I am currently working at Green Solutions and Engineering Consultancy, leading the business and consulting for clients in the mining industry, information technology industry and construction as Project Manager.

Previously I worked for Gundo Engineering & Projects and have been employed at various leadership roles and responsibilities, currently serving as General Manager reporting to the Managing Director. Prior to the current posting I worked in operations and supervisory roles.

The company offers Engineering & Project Management services as consultants, Waste Management Services to Mining Companies and Manufacturers, Commodity Trading (Coal) to government institutions in the Health Care and Power Generation industries, Milling Operations in support of the steel manufacturing industry and advises on New Business Development strategies and implementation in the projects environment. 

During the time, clients such as United Manganese of Kalahari (UMK), Coal of Africa (CoAL), Eskom, Roshcon, Rakhoma Mine, Ellies, DWS, CONSOL and Vanchem were offered services under my leadership within the company. I report to the Managing Director on all projects and operational responsibilities and lead a team of 52 employees. 
I am a dynamic and self-motivated individual with capabilities to operate at both tactical and strategic levels. I have worked in various project and operational environments and possess a strong work ethic. I have the ability to work in teams and my strongest point in a work environment revolves around being able to get things done. My experiences are diverse and have well developed managerial skill set.
