Main fields: EPC contracts in the oil & gas field, gas and cogeneration plants, power plants, offshore projects, FPSO, FRSU.

Duties and Responsibilities:     Preparation, Development, Review and Follow-up of detailed overall projects plans - Development and implementation of progress measurement system procedure & Monitoring & reporting using key performance indicators for the various work phases Develop a model to analyse risk & opportunities to Schedule and Cost Support and Follow up Contract Change Develop & Maintain budgets on the Project Cost Breakdown Structure Present Cost Forecast, Analyse financial conditionsand Cash Flow on a regularly basis
