Key Accountabilities:

  • §Compiling area schedule, progress, and forecast reports for integration into scheduled project reports to client and in-house management.
  • §Integrate safety targets into progress reporting to ensure the project met the Client and Monadelphous safety expectations.
  • §Develop and grow client relationships
  • §Manage manning Levels throughout the construction phase
  • §Manage the progress achievable week by week with constant feedback from management
  • §Actively participate in weekly client progress meetings to create a transparent schedule
  • §Consistently report and accurate and detailed schedule to the client and upper management
  • §Create accurate What-If schedules for management to foresee any changes in the Project end date or changes in key milestones 

Additional Roles within Monadelphous:

  • §Overseeing the delivery, unloading, fit-out and sub-contractor support of an Electrical Substation. 
  • §Providing engineering/ technical advice to on-site supervisors and other project staff involved in the execution of the works
  • §Providing the working interface between construction and engineering to maintain compliance with specifications, drawings and schedules
  • §Completing heavy lift studies for modules, Bins, Chutes and Hoppers.
  • §Preparation of labour, plant and equipment estimates for variation works
  • Work pack development and work scope management, inclusive of variations
