­      Develop the Baseline Schedule(Level-4)

­      Develop the Planning Package (Including the weightage measurement system and S-cure for weekly progress and also the Report management system)

­      Develop the Project execution reports for the reviewing of headquarter

­      Establish the Project Progress Measurement System (base on P6 and MS Excel).

­      Track and Update the Project Execution Schedule weekly.

­      Develop the Daily Progress Report/Weekly Progress Report /Monthly Progress Report.

­      The Record of all related project MOMs

­      The preparation of related commercial correspondence

­      Claim for the Payment according to the Milestone Payment Schedule and prepare the supporting documents as PetroChina required.

­      Site Superintendent for 2 workshop(8000m2) projects, in charge of all the construction issues(Including Site construction management, Technical solutions,  the coordinating with Design part, the public relationship with Employer and Engineer, Local Procurement, QA/QC, HSE etc. )
