­      Develop the MPR (Monthly Progress Report).

­      Review the schedule which is submitted by construction subcontractor (according to the milestone stipulated in contract).

­      Develop the Baseline Schedule, and make it approved by the Pakistan Employer/Engineer.

­      Establish the Project Progress Measurement System (base on p3e/c and MS Excel).

­      Determine the monthly actual percentage, and develop a series of progress curves such as overall progress, engineering progress, procurement progress and construction progress.

­      Develop the Master Schedule and Construction Program &CPM (including engineering procurement & construction) using P6v7.0.

­      Track, update and modify the schedule (site information).

­      Develop the Resumption Schedule after termination of the Contract.

­      Develop the Emergent Transportation Schedule in the case of  60% plant equipments detained at port.

­      Develop the MPR (Monthly Progress Report).

­      Coordinate the erection works with equipment suppliers and installation team.
