2004-2007- Appointed with brief to improve cost control on MOD contracts.  Direct report to Engineering Manager for Underwater Development.

Reduced budget overspend (of £30k-£10m) implementing meetings with Project Managers to focus on financial aspects leading to projects staying in budget.

Created plans for all orders below £1m; over £1m worked with Engineers on creating working plans.

Worked on projects from £50k small repair contracts to £multi millions design and build contracts for the MOD.

Appointed Primavera Administrator involved with training of personnel, problem solver and continuing updating of Database.

Trained/coached 10 staff on Primavera V5 & V6.

Increased awareness of customer milestones (delivery dates) with group ensuring dates met at each stage of project leading to increased customer satisfaction.

2001-2004- Appointed with brief to introduce plans from within groups.

Developed plans for groups prioritising workloads and customer delivery processing drastically reducing panics to meet agreed delivery dates.

Reduced overtime from 100hrs/month to Nil in three months saving £1500/month.

Preparation of financial reports using Oracle 10.7 and Excel.

Preparation/updating of plans on Microsoft project, PS8 then on Primavera.
