The PGE has got its own coal resources and 2 large open-pit mines. The major part of the production is used in PGE’s own electrical plants.

Tomasz Andreasik was responsible, as consultant, for preparation of project management methodology for coal mines for main infrastructure development projects. In PGE he designed project management solutions based on TenStep framework.

 

Main responsibilities:

·         redesigning of the infrastructure development projects

·         delivered training for 12 PMO members in coal mines

·         deployment of 2 PMOs.

·         preparing investment management department team to implement new processes

·         delivered training for 100 project managers involved in projects

·         delivered training for 12 project sponsors

·         consulting & support by defining major mining project (of $500M value)

·         consulting & support by scheduling all of the mining projects

·         consulting & support delivered to project managers & project sponsors for schedule management & risk management
