MEP & Construction Planner (ASTA & P6):

Projects: Commercial- DeBeer’s, Royal College Surgeon, Borough Yards, Bohunt School, Westminster Life Safety & Derby Gate. Residential- Wembley E01/E02, Anthology Hale Works, Park East, Lillie Square

• Develop tender programmes for building services installation.
• Develop full programmes for some residential and commercial projects from enabling works to Commissioning.
• Incorporate detail internal fit out & MEP programmes for contract and target programmes.
• Impact & delay analysis and reporting for claims and extension of times, working closely with commercial dept.
• Develop mid-level detailed commissioning programmes using schematics and review with commissioning management.
• Develop design and procurement schedules to identify risks and NTCs.
• Develop and manage interior fit out programmes for commercial and residential projects.
• Project Controls & monthly/weekly reports and progress updates for client and management team.
• Revise commissioning & handovers programmes and establish critical paths & fit out sequences to achieve PC dates.
• Resource and cost load programmes
• Develop trackers and matrixes for monitoring projects.
