  • Review, Develop, Plan, Maintain & Track the Piping schedule using Primavera P6
  • Monitor the Work List for changes and scope growth.  
  • Create and manage activity logic
  • Develop, update and manage resource Histograms and S-Curves
  • Maintain and control the KPI for all contractual disciplines
  • Track and Report on Workshop Pre-Fabrication and report on any issues
  • Track Materials and report on shortages and delays for long lead items.
  • Perform Daily updates and reports with S-Curves for progress meetings with Stakeholders.
  • Interfaced with Operations, Client, Subcontractors and Suppliers to discuss impact of work and resolution of problems
  • Lead weekly Construction Meetings.
  • Compile daily updates for supervisors indicating critical path, progress and slippage (also reasons).
  • Monitor Potential scheduling problems and report to senior management
  • Monitor progress and update the schedule accordingly
  • Participate in progress meetings with the Client
