Supported the project, commercial and engineering teams in the construction of tender programmes, schedule analysis and schedule maintenance in Primavera P6v8 and Microsoft Project. Applied the Critical Path Method (CPM) to the analysis of project schedules. Utilised Primavera P6v8 to create and understand reports in order to update and assist the project management and project services teams. Resource loaded programmes to enable the measurement of progress and Earned Value.
