Projects & Operations Coordinator, AD, Oil & Gas Projects

Responsible for planning and execution of projects as per given specifications. Co-ordinate with various work groups and Delivering project within agreed cost and time. Responsible for reporting to GM/Projects Manager. To make site visits and keep liaison with customers. To ensure that a worker complies with the Acts and regulations. Supervise Projects and Operations staff, including determining workloads and schedules,evaluating staff performance, providing training and making hiring, promotion and disciplinary recommendations. To Monitor and verify Daily/Weekly & Monthly Project Status reports to Projects Operations Manager. To assist in the preparation of the monthly budget for the assigned organizational area, including compiling data, making revenue projections and recommending service levels and enhancements; monitors and tracks expenditures.Perform other duties of a similar nature or level. Developing and maintaining a long-range action plan, including staffing requirements and equipment needs.Evaluation of work standards and methods to insure efficiency. Prepare correspondence, reports, forms, vouchers, work orders, and specialized Oversees and ensures that the office administrative functions of the organizational unit to which assigned are effectively carried out. Attend to a variety of administrative details such as keeping informed of departmental/division activities, transmitting information, developing. Communicating effectively with co-workers, subordinates, superiors, the general public,representatives of public and private organizations and others sufficient to exchange or convey information. Demonstration of continuous effort to improve operations, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service. Responsible for Project Estimation & Planning during Pre and Post Tendering stage.  Responsible Project Evaluation and Monitoring Responsible for Project Coordination between Head Office & Site operation Office. Attend Project Site Visits.
