Cornerstone Chemical - Lead Turnaround Scheduler 

• Gatekeeper of all Turnaround Schedules for chemical plant
• Import job plans from IBM Maximo software to Primavera
• Issue schedules to management, supervisors, and contractors
• Assist unit planners in the development of work plans
• Generate Earned Value & S-Curve Reports from P6 and distribute to management
• Generate resource histograms to help forecast manpower for all crafts
• Identify critical path and near critical work in schedule
• Review and import contractor schedules
• Develop work plans for specialized work  (Ex: Catalyst Replacement)
• Assign labor and material resources to all activities in the schedule
• Create project and resource calendars
• Check resource loading and level the schedule as needed
• Build project specific codes to produce customized layouts
• Assign and maintain project baselines
• Estimate and plan work orders using IBM Maximo
• Provide look ahead reports for all contractors
• Use the report wizard to extract data and run reports
• Progress the schedule during execution of turnarounds
