Assistant Planner or Junior Planner, Al Azzam Al Arabia, Housing Projects

Working since August 2012, I have been involved in various projects spread across the Kingdom. Our company mostly deals in the projects related to the government and the armed forces. The standards are high and the expectations are hard to meet, therefore we work on our maximum capacity.

I started off at the Najran University project. It is going to be the largest university in the Kingdom at its completion. My main job was quantity estimating and cost control. after 4 months on site, I was then moved to our headquarters/technical office in Riyadh. Since then I have been involved in almost all of the projects our company is working on in various capacities.

Currently, my main responsibilities include (but not limited to):

▪ Construction management
▪ Project scheduling and management
▪ Quantity surveying and estimation
▪ Billing and procurement
▪ Ordering materials and contacting suppliers
▪ Technical assistance to on site construction activities
