2009-2011            NATS Asset Engineering – Engineering Manager

Responsible for the resource management of up to 24 Engineers for the AE division. Focussing on the needs of the business and the requirements of staff to help the business in achieving the delivery of its Strategy.  Working with Senior Management and other Engineering Managers, to ensure that our staff had the correct skills and capabilities to undertake the work required.  Additionally, working with the staff to ensure their aspirations were recognised and tailored to fit the requirements of the division. Managing all performance issues and conducting appraisals.  Responsible for the generation of the Resource Strategy for the AE Division for circa 450 staff.
